Welcome to Idaho Insanity! Idaho Insanity is a sight dedicated to the Spud Gun. Other people may know them as Potato Cannons or Spudzookas, but I like Spud Gun. Disclaimer: I am not to be held responsible for any damage to any person or property that results from a spud-gun built from the plans on this sight, or by any damage from any other information accessed on this web page. But still try to have fun while doing it!

This has nothing to do with spud guns, but the "Worlds Only Ass-Kicking Machine" has got to be cool.

March 24: My BBQ lighter stopped working after a night of shooting, so I went to the store to look for ideas. I came across a self igniting propane torch, and couldn't resist sticking it in the back of the gun to see what would happen. It doesn't work very well; all the pressure escapes through a small whole in the thingy that lights the torch. I think I am going to use the propane for fuel, and then go back to the old lantern lighter. I didn't realize how many spelling errors I had. I went through and corrected all of them...I hope.

March 14: Today I ditched my old Coleman sparker, and I fixed the old BBQ igniter I had. I got mad and gave up after I did the whole paper clip thing and it barley sparked. I found though, that if you put a little solder on the tip off the metal contact, you get a much greater spark! I also posted some questions to get the forum up and going.

March 10:  I hadn't updated in a while cause there wasn't much to update, but I did finally make a new forum that is more like a forum than a guest book. To get there click on the forum picture to the left. Have fun!
